RAs (4th&5th) - Room #416
From age Three to Kindergartners, Mission Friends participate in developmentally and age-appropriate learning activities and experiences that help set the beginning stage of a missions lifestyle.
It's important to learn about God and His love for all people at a young age.
Preschoolers can understand they are part of God's plan for the world and they can give of their time and abilities to serve Him through caring and sharing. Cultivating a heart for missions in preschoolers brings great value to preschoolers, families, and the entire church.
GAs is an exciting and fun-filled missions education organization for girls in grades 1st - 5th. Through GAs, girls gain a greater understanding of God's work in the world and how they can join Him in His work.
As the girls meet and learn together, they "travel" to various places around the world, learning about the work of missionaries, pray for others, learning what the Bible says about missions and serving others, and learning what they can do in their own communities to serve and share Jesus with others.
In GAs, girls will learn:
- a biblical worldview.
- ways to demonstrate the love of Christ to others.
- how God is working around the world.
- that they are a part of God's plan.
GA Motto ~ "Go Forward"
GA Scripture Verse ~ "Give thanks for the Lord. Worship Him. Tell the nations what he has done. Announce how honored He is." Isaish 12:4 (NIrV)
For boys 1st - 5th grades, RAs is a Bible-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist, mission education organization for boys...providing an opportunity to develop biblical character in addition to growing spiritually, physically, mentally and in relationships with others.
RAs learn about the world, pray for the world, and learn how they can be used to tell others about God's Son, Jesus. An ambassador can be defined as a messenger or representative-someone who tells or reveals truth. Royal Ambassadors seek to share the truth that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
