Common Questions:

Will I get tickets for this event? If so, where do I get them?

Because this is a free event, there will be no tickets.

Do I need to check in what I get there?

Not for this event; Simply come on it and find a seat; seating is first come, first serve.

Will I get a confirmation email once I've registered for this event?

For this Embrace, you should receive a confirmation email. And then typically you'll receive an email about 2-3 weeks out from the event with 'things to know', then another reminder email a week or so away from the event, and one more usually 2 days before the event. Always feel free to email our Women's Minister with questions, concerns etc. (Hannah: hconway@hilldale.org)

Can I bring my daughter(s) and is there an age limit?

Please bring your daughter(s). We recommend bringing daughter(s) ages 10 and up, but we'll let you be the judge.

Is childcare provided?

We're sorry, but childcare is not provided for this event. Nursing moms are welcome to bring their infant(s).

Am I able to register my friends?

Of course! When you register, just pick how many "spots" you want to register for. You will then be able to give out the spots to whoever you want.

If I'm reserving spots for a group, how many seats are to a table?

Great question! We typically do 8 seats to a table. It's a little snug, but it works!

What if I have a food allergy?

We try to provide a variety of food choices to accommodate those attending with allergies or special dietary needs. If our menu does not align with your needs, please feel free to bring your own meal/snacks.

What should I wear?

We keep it casual around here, but dress as you feel comfortable. Some ladies dress up, some sport a T-shirt & Jeans, while others are coming from work, a sports game, or from the gym. The most important thing is to just come--and wear clothes (ha).

Can I reserve a seat or table?

At this time, we are only able to offer reserved seats for those needing handicap or ASL seating. If you need handicap seating or seating for ASL, please let us know in the comments when you sign up. If you're wanting to sit with your group, you might want to arrive as early as possible.

What is your refund policy?

No need for a refund for our free admission events, BUT, if you aren't able to attend please let us know in case there's a waiting list.
