Easter is a BIG deal around here and it's all hands on deck! Our Welcome & Connection Team and Creative Arts Team needs your help!

Join the front line of Hilldale as we cultivate a friendly (and beautiful) atmosphere for our families and guests this Easter Season.

All ages (Children to Adults) are welcome to serve.

We need people who are able & willing to help with the Easter Passion Play set setup, and design/decorating stage & foyer/photo "booth" backdrops:

• Possible painting
• Staging
• Set construction
• Set de-construction

Dates needed (you can pick one or multiple):

• March 10 | Set Moving Day (trucks or SUVs needed to help move the stage parts)
• March 11-12 | Set Construction Days (flexible hours; come when you can)
• March 13 | Set Decorating Day
• April 1 & 2 | Set "De-construction" day (flexible hours; come when you can)

We need people who are able and willing to welcome our Hilldale Family & Friends on Easter Sunday:

• Hold doors open
• Hold a sign
• Wave at family, friends & guests
• Be a friendly face
• Say "hello" & "see you next week"
• Serve at a coffee & donut station
• Provide security

What to expect/to know:

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your service starts to go over tasks.
• This is a "greeting/welcoming" team, so please smile and be friendly.
• We would love for you to consider being part of our Connection Team at either campus even after Easter is over!
