Welcome the Parks Family to Hilldale!
We’re excited to welcome Matt Parks, his wife Hailey, and their three children to the Hilldale family! Matt will serve alongside Bro. Lyndel as he prepares for retirement, then step into the role of Worship Pastor.
Matt comes to us from Westwood Baptist Church in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he has served as Minister of Music since 2021. He has led worship and worked with children’s, youth, and senior adult choirs. He loves helping people of all ages use their gifts to worship Jesus together.
Matt is also a musician, arranger, and teacher who plays piano, guitar, mandolin, and more. He’s currently pursuing a PhD in Christian Worship at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
We’re grateful for Bro. Lyndel’s faithful ministry and for the time he and Matt will have to serve together. Please join us in praying for Bro. Lyndel and the Parks family during this transition.
