THE MISSION
Join us as we serve alongside Communidad Cristiana Todo Tribu church in New York. Hilldale is honored to partner with this church and excited to send a team to support the Otavalo Family as they minister to those in their community. We’re
planning to be very fluid on this trip and help in any way. This could look like cleaning their church building, hosting VBS-like events, distributing goods to the community, and/or whatever else they might need.

COST
- $500-$800 | Cost includes T-Shirt, lodging, and flights | Breakfast @ Hotel; montly payments can be made
- Deposit | $100 non-refundable deposit due at Registration. This deposit goes toward the cost of the trip.
- Remaining balance due July 1.
- Refunds: No refunds given after July 1.
- Note: Other meals and miscellaneous expenses are paid by the individual. Bring money for daily lunch, dinner, snacks, & any other miscellaneous expenses.
Note: Background Checks for all Mission Trips are required & included in the cost of the trip
Common Questions:
1: Is there an age limit on this trip?
Ages 14 & older are welcome. Anyone under 18 must be with a parent/guardian.
2: Is this a coed trip?
Absolutely. Boy men & women, boy and girls, anyone 14+.
3: Will there be an informational meeting?
We've already had an informational meeting, but for those who have questions, you're welcome to contact us. We will also meet as a team as the trip gets closer.
4: Can I make payments?
Yes! The full amount will be due by July 1
5: Am I able to get a refund if I can't go?
We are not able to give the deposit back, but you can get a refund for the rest of the trip up until July 1. After that, we are unable to give a refund.
