The final cost will depend largely on the total number of team members. This estimate includes airfare and lodging only. Participants should plan to budget additional money for meals, souvenirs, and other personal expenses.
What Will We Be Doing?
An estimated 95.5% of the people in Ireland do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. During our time in Dublin, we will partner with IMB missionaries who are faithfully serving there.
Our primary ministry will be to walk the streets of Dublin, visit places where local people naturally gather, build relationships through conversation, share our personal testimonies, and, most importantly, clearly present the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to encourage people toward a relationship with Christ while supporting the ongoing work of our missionaries.
Team Requirements
To be considered for this mission team, participants must:
- Be between no younger than 15 years old.
- Complete a Mission Trip Application. (Submitting an application does not guarantee selection for the team.)
- Submit a non-refundable deposit of $350 once accepted.
- Make monthly payments of approximately $350 until the trip is paid in full.
- Have the entire trip balance paid before departing the United States.
- Be physically able to climb stairs and comfortably walk 3–5 miles each day.
- Be willing to support and follow the decisions and direction of the team leaders.
- Be able and willing to clearly share your personal testimony of how you came to know Christ.
- Attend and actively participate in all required team training meetings prior to departure. These meetings are designed to prepare you spiritually, culturally, and practically for the mission. Meet any additional requirements or preparations that may arise as trip planning continues.
Is This Trip Right for You?
This mission trip is for those who have a genuine heart for people who do not know Christ, are willing to step outside their comfort zone, and desire to be used by God to share the hope of Jesus with the people of Ireland. While there will be opportunities to experience the culture and beauty of Dublin, this is first and foremost a Gospel-centered mission trip. Our focus is to faithfully serve alongside our IMB missionaries and share the love and message of Jesus Christ with those who need Him most.
