Host a Women's Bible Study!

Host a fall, winter, or spring 2026–2027 study at home, work, or a Hilldale campus. Learn more!

Open your space. Welcome women. Grow together in God’s Word.

Hilldale Women’s Ministry is preparing for another wonderful year of Bible studies, and we would love to offer groups in homes, workplaces, and other welcoming locations throughout our community.

To make that possible, we are looking for women who are willing to host, facilitate, or co-host a study.

You do not have to be a Bible expert or an experienced teacher. You simply need to be willing to welcome women, walk through the study alongside them, and help your group stay connected.

Our 2026–2027 Studies

Revelation by Jen Wilkin

Fall 2026 | September–November | 10 sessions

Perhaps no other book of the Bible feels as inaccessible or intimidating as Revelation. It is filled with images and ideas that may feel unfamiliar to modern readers, but it was originally written to encourage the church.

In this verse-by-verse study, Jen Wilkin helps women discover how the final book of the Bible—the culmination of God’s great story—offers a steadying word of assurance and a strong call to endure.

Heaven by Jennifer Rothschild

Winter 2027 | January–March | 7 sessions

What does the Bible really tell us about Heaven?

In this video-based study, Jennifer Rothschild separates biblical truth from legends, media portrayals, and hopeful guesses. Women will gain a deeper understanding of what God has prepared for His children and learn to live with confidence, excitement, and peace as they look toward eternity.

The Way of Wisdom (Study of Proverbs)

Spring 2027 | After Spring Break/March 21–May | 7 Sessions

The book of Proverbs describes godly wisdom as a path that leads to life and flourishing.

Bible teachers Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor invite women to explore the wisdom of Proverbs and apply it to everyday areas such as words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money, leadership, and influence.

Who Can Host?

Hosts and facilitators must be:

  • Women who are baptized believers
  • Members of Hilldale Baptist Church
  • Willing to complete a Women’s Ministry Host Agreement
  • Willing to communicate with their group
  • Committed to creating a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered environment

Previous leadership or teaching experience is not required.

You may host on your own, tag-team with another woman, or provide a meeting location while someone else facilitates the discussion.

What Will I Get to Choose?

As a host, you may choose:

  • Which study or studies you would like to host
  • Where your group will meet
  • The day and time that work best for you
  • A starting date within the study timeframe
  • How many women your space can comfortably accommodate
  • Whether you would like to serve with a co-host or co-facilitator

Each proposed group will be reviewed and approved by the Women’s Minister before participant registration opens.

What Is Expected of a Host?

Once ladies register for your group, we will provide you with their contact information.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contacting the women before the study begins
  • Welcoming them to the group
  • Providing the exact meeting address
  • Sharing parking or arrival instructions
  • Sending reminders and schedule updates
  • Communicating any changes

We recommend using the BAND app to communicate, although some groups may prefer a group text or email. We are happy to help you set up and learn how to use BAND.

Your Address Will Remain Private

Your exact address will not be published on the registration page.

We will only list a general location, such as:

  • Sango Area
  • Near St. B
  • North Clarksville
  • Downtown Area
  • Near Hilldale Baptist Church

This will help women choose a convenient group while protecting your privacy. After registration, you will personally provide the exact address to the women in your group.

Study Materials

Hilldale Women’s Ministry will provide one complimentary copy of the selected study for the group’s primary host, leader, or facilitator.

Women who would like their own copy will receive links showing them where they may purchase the study online.

Childcare and Refreshments

Hosts are not expected to provide childcare.

If childcare is needed, the women in the group may choose to work together to find an arrangement that works for them.

You are also not expected to provide food or drinks. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, or potluck meals are completely optional and may be decided by each group.

Who May Attend?

Women and girls ages 13 and older are welcome to participate.

Parents and guardians may decide whether a particular study and meeting arrangement are appropriate for their teenager.

Participants do not have to be members of Hilldale Baptist Church to attend.

Participant registration will open after host locations, schedules, and group capacities are confirmed.
