- Wednesday: 5am - 5pm
- Saturday: 7am - 4pm
- Sunday: Gym Closed. Join us for Worship at 9:45am or 11am

The Life Center is the Fitness and Recreation Ministries extension of Hilldale Baptist Church. We want the Life Center to be a place to reach your fitness and health goals for a better quality of life to the service of our Savior, and a place to connect with new friends for fellowship and encouragement. We also want to be a FUN place where you will want to bring your family. Throughout the year, we try to offer organized programs for a variety of age groups in a variety of activities.
We strive to provide recreational opportunities to help build your family unit, but we want to encourage our participants to never underestimate the joy of unorganized recreation like playing air hockey with your preschooler, one on one basketball with your teenager or a friendly competitive game of racquetball with your spouse.
You'll receive access to:
- Gymnasium | 2 full-sized courts are surrounded by a rubberized-floor walking track (12 laps = mile).
- Cardio Deck | Cardio options include treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, Jacob's ladder, and recumbent bikes.
- Weight Rooms | The weight rooms are stocked with a wide variety of machines, free weights, & functional fitness equipment.
- Full Court Basketball/Open Gym | Times vary throughout the week; call the facility to check the schedule of the day
- Game Room | Our game room has two pool tables, air hockey, ping pong, and foosball.
- Locker Room | Lockers and showers are free for day use by participants. Locker rentals are available for long term use.
- Pickleball | MWF | 9am-1pm | And Thursday Nights 5pm-8:30pm
- Studio Classes/Group Fit | Schedules vary, please check for details | CLICK HERE
- Sitting areas & coffee | Come in, grab a cup of coffee and hang out!
Holidays:
- New Years Day: FLC closed
- Good Friday: FLC open 7am - 4pm (no studio classes)
- Memorial Day: FLC open 7am - 4pm (no studio classes)
- July 4th: FLC closed
- Labor Day: FLC open 7am - 4pm (no studio classes)
- Thanksgiving Day: FLC closed
- Friday after Thanksgiving: FLC open 7am - 4pm (no studio classes)
- Christmas Eve: FLC closed
- Christmas Day: FLC closed
- New Years Eve: FLC open 7am - 4pm (no studio classes)
No Studio Classes on any of the above Holidays
FLC WINTER WEATHER POLICY
- It is our policy to remain as close to our operating hours as possible but with consideration for the safety of our participants and employees.
- In the event that the roads are extremely hazardous, a closing decision or any changes in regular schedule will be made by the FLC Director and will be posted on the home page of our website (hilldale.org/flc) and our Facebook page (facebook.com/hilldaleflc) as soon as a decision is made.
- It is also important to note that individual instructors, coaches and event leaders may cancel their classes or events even if the FLC remains open. Check with those instructors or leaders when in doubt.
