Experience the beauty of Christmas through members of Hilldale's orchestra and handbell choir, and sing along to cherished carols in a stunning candlelight setting. This special service combines music, communion, and the warmth of candlelight, creating a moment of reflection and reverence during the busy holiday season.
All ages are welcome to this Christmas-themed candlelight concert—it’s a beautiful experience for the whole family!
Admission is free but help us plan by reserving your spot. Childcare is not available for this event, but children are more than welcome to sit with you.

1. Do I need to register for this event?
While the event is free, we encourage everyone to register in advance. This helps us plan for seating and allows you to reserve childcare for kids 4 and under. Registration is quick and easy, and ensures we can provide the best experience for everyone!
2. What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the event starts to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding your seat. Doors will open 30 minutes before the performance begins.
3. Is parking available?
Yes! We have plenty of parking at our Madison St. Campus. Volunteers will be on hand to guide you, especially if it’s your first time visiting.
4. How long is this event?
This event lasts approximately 60 minutes. There will not be an intermission, so feel free to take care of any needs before the event starts.
5. Is childcare available?
We're sorry, but childcare is not provide for this event. However, we welcome all ages!
6. Can I bring my children to this event?
Absolutely! This is family-friendly production, and children of all ages are welcome to attend. We do ask that you consider reserving childcare for little ones 4 and under if they may not be able to sit through the entire event.
7. What should I wear?
There’s no specific dress code, so feel free to come as you are! Some people like to dress in their Christmas best, while others prefer casual attire. We just want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening.
8. Is there assigned seating?
No, seating is first-come, first-served. However, by registering ahead of time, you help us ensure there’s plenty of room for everyone.

11. I’m not a member of Hilldale Baptist Church. Can I still come?
Of course! We’d love to welcome you, whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended in the past. This event is open to everyone in our community, and we’re excited to spend this time with you.
12.What is communion, and who can take it?
Communion, also known as the Lord’s Supper, is a symbolic act that represents the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Here at Hilldale, participation in the Lord's Supper is open to those who have placed their trust in Christ Jesus as their Savior, publicly confessed their faith in the waters of baptism, and are actively walking in fellowship with God. If you're unsure or have questions about communion, feel free to speak with one of our pastors or leaders.
